On September 14, Vice President of Ningbo University, Feng Zhimin led a delegation to visit University of Angers in France and Northern Light Confucius Institute in Iceland.

Vice President of University of Angers extended warm welcome to the arrival of Vice President, Feng Zhimin and his delegation. The two universities conducted full communication in terms of the further promotion of the construction work of Ningbo University-University of Angers Joint Institute and hoped to strengthen cooperation in the field of scientific research. During the visit, Vice President Feng Zhimin paid a visit to students of Ningbo University who are studying at University of Angers. He fully affirmed the excellent academic performance of students of Ningbo University and urged them to pay attention to safety, work together, study hard, stick to and bear their missions and dreams.

During the visit in Iceland, Vice President, Feng Zhimin participated in the 10th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony of the Establishment of Northern Light Confucius Institute in Iceland and made a speech. In addition, Ambassador of Chinese Embassy in Iceland, Jin Zhijian, President of University of Iceland Dean of the School of Humanities of University of Iceland, President of Confucius Institute in Iceland side, President of Confucius Institute in Chinese side, Qi Huimin, et al. attended the celebration activity. Office of Chinese Language Council International and Confucius Institute Headquarters sent congratulation letters especially. During the activity, Ningbo University dispatched the art troupe of Music College to perform with students of University of Iceland together on the stage to celebrate the ceremony. Students of Northern Light Confucius Institute performed martial art, allegro, Chinese chorus, etc., demonstrating the Chinese teaching achievements of Confucius Institute.
