On 7thand 8thof March, the delegation of Repin Academy of Fine Arts of Russia, including the dean SEMEN MIKHAYLOVSKIY, executive vice-president of ANDREI SKLIARENKO and the professor ALEKSANDR CHUVIN visited our Institution accompanied by Wang Weimin, the deputy inspector of education bureau.Xue Weihai, secretary of the Institution CPC party committee, vice-presidents Feng Zhimin and Shao Qianjun received guests respectively.

Xue Weihai, secretary of the Institution CPC party committee, extended a warm welcome to the dean SEMEN MIKHAYLOVSKIY and has high expectations for the cooperation and exchange between our Institution and the Repin Academy of Fine Arts of Russia. SEMEN MIKHAYLOVSKIY also thanked for receiving warm reception.

In the meeting on March 8, vice-president Feng Zhimin expressed that he was deeply impressed by the art atmosphere of Repin Academy of Fine Arts which he visited last November. Later on, he introduced the development history and the present situation of Ningbo University to guests, hoping to carry out more exchange and cooperation between two schools. Dean SEMEN MIKHAYLOVSKIY and the leadership from colleges in China and Russia are both paying much attention to training the youth and believe that the cooperation can be implemented on how to cultivate young artistic talents. In the seminar, both sides expressed the sincerity of cooperation and hoped that the cooperation between two sides can be carried forward in every step.
