About Undergraduate 
    Ningbo University is a comprehensive university with a wide range of disciplines: economics, law, education, liberal arts, history, science, engineering, agronomy, medicine and management. It is one of the key institutions of higher learning of Zhejiang Province. The university offers 57 bachelor¡¯s programs. The number of its full-time students amounts to over16,000 and that of the teaching and administrative staff reaches more than 2,400 of which 4 are academicians, with 124 full professors and 463 associate professors. Approved by the Ministry of Education, Ningbo University ranks among the first group of universities of China to students from the mainland, Hongkong, Taiwan as well as Macao, which mainly offers bachelor¡¯s degree programs and master¡¯s degree programs. Following a series of educational and administrative systems like the credit accumulation system, the optional and obligatory course system, the major and minor course system, in addition to the elastic study system, implementing a curriculum pattern ¡° One Platform plus Several Blocks¡±( the first block of general education and the second block of specialty study), it aims to bring about quality students with broad adaptability, good knowledge, and strong capacity.

About Continuing Education
    The Continuing Education College of Ningbo University has over 300 teaching staff (including part-time teachers), more than half of which are professors. With 31 administrative staff, two thirds of which are associate professors or professors, it has formed a steady administrative team characterized in scientific research and administration. It mainly offers bachelor¡¯s degree programs (enrolls senior high-school graduates, technical school graduates and junior college graduates), as well as 3-year college programs. It is entitled to grant bachelor degrees to the graduates. The number of students totals over 1,5000. With a long history, strict and regular administration, a fine style of study and a good school spirit, complete disciplines and popular majors, sufficient enrollment, a large-scale running way in the whole Zhejiang Province, in addition to tremendous great teachers, it has guaranteed teaching quality and good social reputation.
